Appointments are filling up fast! The 2023 Fall Community Health Profile is scheduled Saturday, Sept. 9, at Cleveland Clinic Union Hospital. A single blood draw provides testing for Diabetes, Cholesterol, Anemia, Thyroid function, Liver disease, Kidney disease, and optional PSA screen for prostate cancer. Cost is $45 for the blood profile and an additional $15 for the PSA. Appointments are required. No walk ins will be accepted.
