Applications due soon for next month’s Miss Clayland competition

UHRICHSVILLE (WTUZ) (Aug. 12, 2025) – A local scholarship program next month that is a preliminary to the Miss Ohio and Miss America pageants is still accepting applications.
Miss Clayland is held annually at Claymont High School for contestants between the ages of 18 to 28.
Organizer Martha Campbell says the application deadline is September 2nd.
Campbell says the first 12 completed applications will be accepted as contestants for the Miss Clayland 2026 title.
