Warren JFK won the 2025 Dover Invitational Saturday at Oak Shadows Golf Club. River View captured Runner-Up.
Brady Evans of New Philadelphia was Medalist and Colton Gress of River View was Runner Up Medalist with 75s each. Henry Phillips (JFK) also shot 75. Back 9 score was the first tie-breaker and decided the placers.

The New Philadelphia High School Varsity boys’ soccer team hosted Ashland for a 12:45pm match at Southside Community Park on August 30, 2025. The Quakers had opportunities with shots by Nathan Seigler, Elvin Herrera-Lopez, Ryan Sauser, Luis Herrera-Lopez, Cade Jones, and Nick Riesen. Quaker goalie, Miles Beitzel had a penalty kick save along with 7 saves for the match. The Quakers fell 0-3 to Ashland. The Quakers are now 0-3-1 for the season. The Quaker Junior Varsity tied Ashland 2-2 in the match prior.
