Free Admission to Historic Zoar Village and Fort Laurens

The event

Visitors can tour Historic Zoar Village or Fort Laurens for free on Saturday, Sept. 17, as a part of Smithsonian magazine’s annual Museum Day. For one day only, visitors who download a Museum Day ticket at Smithsonianmag.com/museumday will be granted free admission. The ticket gains free entrance for two visitors to one site (not both). One ticket is permitted per household, per email address. Zoar and Fort Laurens tickets can be found online by clicking on “Get a Ticket” and then “Find a Museum” on the Museum Day website. Fort Laurens Museum and Zoar’s museum buildings are open on Sept. 17 from 11am to 4pm.
