FREE Diabetic Education and Screening
The event
There will be a FREE Diabetic Education and Screening event on Saturday, November 5th from 8 AM to 11:30 AM at the Cleveland Clinic Union Hospital Reeves Auditorium. This FREE comprehensive, non-fasting screening includes a hemoglobin A1C finger stick, blood pressure check, foot exam with a podiatrist, eye exam with an optometrist, a registered dietitian to review test results, giveaways, and refreshments. They will also be collecting used eyeglasses for donation to the Dover Noon Lions Club for those in need. Space is limited and registration is required.
