Developers make progress on plans for more than 100 new Dover homes

| December 22, 2025

DOVER (Dec. 22, 2025) – There are plans in the works to build more than 100 new homes in Dover starting next year.

Mayor Shane Gunnoe says Lawver Homes, already building houses in the 30-home Crimson Cove subdivision, is progressing on plans for about 30 single-family homes and 50 condominiums and duplexes on St. Peter’s Church Road in north Dover.

Another developer plans to build six new homes in the Earley Woodlands Addition on Winkler and Jennifer drives.

Meanwhile, Gunnoe says KSMG Sugarcreek has bought the under-construction Iron 24 project on East Iron Avenue. The developer plans to finish the 24 townhomes by the end of 2026.
