1st HALF 2024 REAL ESTATE AND 1st HALF 2025 MANUFACTURED HOME TAX BILLS

The event

Tuscarawas County Treasurer, Jeffery S. Mamarella, stated that all First Half Tax bills for real estate and manufactured homes have been mailed and are due by Friday, February 21, 2025.

Payment can be mailed to the Tuscarawas County Treasurer’s Office at 125 E. High Avenue, New Philadelphia, OH 44663.  There is a drive-thru window open for payment convenience.  There is also a drop box located on 1st Drive NE approximately 20 yards past the County Office Building where payment can be made 24 hrs. each day.  Payments can be made online at www.co.tuscarawas.oh.us.  Fees apply to online payments.  

If you have not received your tax statement, please contact the Tuscarawas County Treasurer’s Office immediately.  Failure to receive a tax statement does not eliminate responsibility to pay real estate taxes and penalties or interest accrued, in accordance with Section 323.13 of the Ohio Revised Code.

The Treasurer’s office is located at 125 East High Avenue, New Philadelphia.   Their telephone number is 330-365-3254. They also have a website that can be accessed at https://treasurer.co.tuscarawas.oh.us. The website contains information on real estate taxes, answers to “frequently asked questions” and most importantly a copy of your tax bill.  Office and drive-thru hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

PLEASE NOTE:  Effective March 1, 2021 entry to the Tuscarawas County Office Building was reduced to ONE (1) entrance located off the courtyard on High St.  This entrance is a secure entrance with a metal detector and sheriff deputies.
