Photography exhibition of Brandon Elijah Scott
Coming Soon
The event
ARTSNCT is proud to announce its final photographic exhibition of the 2024 season, showcasing the work of world traveler and photographer, Brandon Elijah Scott. This highly anticipated event will offer a rare glimpse into the breathtaking and critically acclaimed photography of a true modern-day explorer.
Brandon Elijah Scott is not just a photographer; he is a 20-year veteran traveler, explorer, artist, herbalist, healer, author, and designer. With an insatiable curiosity and a heart full of compassion, Scott has journeyed across the globe, embracing diverse cultures and learning that, at their core, people are inherently good. His travels are driven by a deep-seated need to grow, evolve, and understand the vastness of the world beyond his small Ohio hometown.
Scott’s photography reflects his quest for truth and wisdom, capturing the essence of nature’s sacred places. His work is more than a visual experience; it’s an invitation to explore, to step outside of comfort zones, and to confront the fears and prejudices that arise from a life lived within familiar boundaries. Through his lens, Scott removes the human element to highlight the pure beauty of the natural world, hoping to inspire viewers to not only appreciate but also protect this incredible planet.
Rejecting the conventional nine-to-five lifestyle, Scott embarked on a journey of self-discovery over a decade ago. He has since dedicated his life to traveling, photographing, healing through herbalism, and pursuing a path that aligns with his true self. For Scott, the pursuit of wealth and fame is secondary to the discovery of self and the natural world. His photography is a testament to this philosophy, showcasing the wonders of nature in their most pristine form.
This exhibition is not just a showcase of photography; it is a celebration of a life lived in harmony with nature.
Photography of a Wanderer runs September 7-30 at ARTSNCT. Located at 304 S. College Street, Newcomerstown.
