All second half tax bills for real estate and manufactured homes have been mailed and are due by Friday, July 21st. Payment can be mailed to 125 East High Avenue in New Philadelphia. They also offer a drive thru window and drop box located on 1st Drive. Payments can also be made 24 hours a day online at Co.Tuscarawas.Oh.Us
