Optional add-on screenings include Hemoglobin A1C ($15), Vitamin D ($25), Vitamin B12 + Folate ($25), Thyroid Panel ($25), PSA for men aged 50 and older ($15), and a ColoFit Colon Cancer Take-Home Screening Kit ($25).
