Assistive devices and Tech. Fair at Starlight School
The event
Come to the TuscBDD Starlight School on Thursday, August 18th for an assistive devices and technology fair. This free event is open to everyone. There are two time blocks to attend. 9am to noon or 4 to 7pm. Guests can visit various types of assistive devices and technology vendors that specialize in communication, language, switches, sensory devices and equipment, safety and independence, assistive technology for the visually impaired and hard of hearing, funding, support, advocacy, service eligibility, and behavior support. Guests can also complete a scavenger hunt to be entered to win an iPad. There will be activities, prizes, robots, a therapy dog, a sensory lab, refuel snack station, quiet corner sensory room, and so much more!!!
