Boy Scouts host Bike Rodeo
The event
A free Bike Rodeo event will be held on Saturday, April 25, 2026, from 1pm to 3pm in the student parking lot of Strasburg-Franklin Schools, 140 North Bodmer Avenue in Strasburg. Youth ages Pre-K through 5th grade are invited to participate. Participating youth must bring their own bike and helmet. A parent or guardian must sign in their child/children to participate in the event.
Participants will learn about bicycle maintenance, proper helmet use, and traffic rules. Boy Scouts will provide skill stations including balance, steering, coasting, turning, and braking. These skills will be practiced before the ‘bike rodeo’ competition.
