CCUH Hemoglobin A1C Screening – Dover

The event

Cleveland Clinic Union Hospital is hosting a Hemoglobin A1C Screening on Monday, August 22nd, from 9 to 11am, at the Tuscarawas Clinic for the Working Uninsured in Dover. This fingerstick screening test measures your average blood sugar over the past 2 to 3 months. It is a non-fasting test. Cost is just $5. To make an appointment please call 330-602-0779.
