The holder of one of Major League Baseball’s rarest feats will be at the Cy Young Days Festival in Newcomerstown. Len Barker is the festival’s special guest and parade’s grand marshal. Barker threw a perfect game for the Cleveland Indians on May 15^th, 1981. It’s one of just 24 perfect games in MLB history and is the only no-hitter by a Cleveland pitcher in the last 50 years. Barker will be in the parade at 6 p.m. Saturday and at an autograph signing afterward at the Main Street Museum. The three-day festival starts Friday at 5 and continues from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday.
