Fall Lantern Tours Scheduled Sept. 27-28 at Schoenbrunn Village

The event

The annual Fall Lantern Tours at the Ohio History Connection’s Schoenbrunn Village are planned from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. Friday, Sept. 27, and Saturday, Sept. 28, at the site 1984 E. High Ave. in New Philadelphia.
Guests will experience Schoenbrunn Village by battery-powered lantern, following a lighted path and discovering what life was like in the 18th-century Moravian community when the nation was on the cusp of the American Revolution. Activities will include a conversation about maple sugaring, writing with quills and ink, learning about candle making and sampling some tasty treats.
Tickets are available online via the Ohio History Connection store at ohiohistorystore.com and at the door. They are $10/Adults; $8/Seniors; $7/Members; $5/Children (7-17); and free for children 6 and under. For more information, go to ohiohistory.org/lantern.
