Free diabetic screening day – CCUH

The event

The Cleveland Clinic Union Hospital is hosting a free diabetic screening day on Saturday, November 4th, from 8 to 11:30am. If you answer YES to any of these questions you are at higher risk to develop diabetes. Are you overweight? Do you have a family history of diabetes? Are you physically inactive? Are you over the age of 45? This screen will include: a Hemoglobin A1C finger stick, blood pressure check, foot exam, eye exam and a results overview with a registered dietitian. Early detection saves lives! You must register by calling 330-602-0779.
