The event

Have you ever wondered about the ghosts of the Dennison Depot? Join us on Thursday, October 24th at 7pm in the evening in the Streetside Center across from the Depot for a supernatural storytelling experience from our Executive Director, Wendy Zucal. Speaking from her experience of over three decades of working at the Depot and with the historic artifacts, she will recount stories shared from Depot visitors, employees and her personal encounters. After the program, guests will be invited inside the Depot for an after-hours walkthrough of the Museum on “ghost time.” Refreshments will also be served.

The Dennison Depot, built in 1873, is 151 years old and has survived a great deal of history:  Two World Wars, the Industrial Revolution, the Great Depression, the Railroad Strike, and major cultural and social changes that impacted our country.   Hence, the Depot is the home for multiple ghosts who have hung around, ranging from the children in the model train room, to the soldier in the Hospital Car to the typist in the office or the red flannel gentlemen in the lobby.  And many more.  Zucal will share stories and experiences from many ghosts, as well as experience with professional ghost hunters who conducted paranormal investigations at the Depot.

This event is for guests 12 years and older. Tickets can be purchased for $20 each online at dennisondepot.eventbrite.com. Museum Members are able to get tickets for a discounted rate of $15. Contact the Depot for a member code for the discount.  Tickets will not be available at the door.
