Hemoglobin A1C Screening – Dover

The event

The Cleveland Clinic Union Hospital is hosting another Hemoglobin A1C Screening on Monday, May 16th from 8 to 11am at their Orthopaedic & Cardiology Office. Cost is $5. This fingerstick screening test measures your average blood sugar over the past 2 to 3 months. It is a non-fasting test. To make an appointment call 330-602-0779.
