Hemoglobin A1C Screening – Dover

The event

Management of blood sugar is key in reducing the health complications of diabetes. This finger stick screening test measures your average blood sugar over the past 2 to 3 months. It is a non-fasting test. The next screening will be on Monday, January 16th from 8 to 11am at the Cleveland Clinic Union Hospital Orthopaedic & Cardiology Office (515 Union Avenue). Cost is $5.
