Hemoglobin A1C Screening – Sugarcreek

The event

Cleveland Clinic Union Hospital is hosting another Hemoglobin A1C Screening on Tuesday, April 26th from 9 to 11am at the Swiss Village Bulk Food Store in Sugarcreek. Cost is $5. Management of blood sugar is key in reducing the health complications of diabetes. This fingerstick screening test measures your average blood sugar over the past 2 to 3 months.
