John Glenn Warbird Flyover in New Philadelphia

The event

Look to the sky this coming Saturday! The T-34 Association will be holding a John Glenn Warbird flyover on Saturday, September 9th, beginning around 11am, weather permitting. They will launch a 12 to 15 plane flyover, complete with a display of white smoke, after stopping at Harry Clever Field, where John Glenn learned to fly in 1941. Don’t be alarmed if you see them overhead. The public is welcome to stop by Harry Clever Field from 11am to noon to see the planes and welcome the pilots to New Philadelphia.
