New Philadelphia Memorial Day Program

The event

The New Philadelphia Veterans Coordinating Committee will be conducting its annual Memorial Day service on Monday, May 30th, beginning at 11am on Court House Square. The guest speaker is New Philadelphia Mayor Joel Day. There will be live music by the New Philadelphia High School Marching Quaker Band and the Delphian Chorale. There will be a demonstration of how to properly fold the flag and the meaning behind each fold. The Gettysburg Address and Flanders Fields will be read and Volley and Taps will be rendered in honor all service members who have died defending our Country.
