If you speak English, applications will be available and will need to be filled out September 9, 10, 11, 12, from 9am to 2pm, at the Emmanuel Lutheran Church at 202 East High Avenue in New Philadelphia.

Proof of income (including food, housing assistance, and child/spouse support)
