Sports Physicals at Tusc. Co. Health Department

The event

Parents and caregivers of local school athletes are invited to make an appointment to participate in the Tuscarawas County Health Department’s special Sports Physical Days to be held from 8am to 3:20pm on Mondays and Tuesdays, June 6, 7, 13 and 14. During these special days, sports physicals will be provided for $40, payable by cash, check, debt, or credit card. Appointments can be made by calling 330-343-5555 extension 174 or 181. Athletes who cannot make it to these special days can call and request another day. They ask that only one parent or guardian comes with the athlete and you must bring your school’s physical forms to the appointment. Immunizations will also be available during these appointments.
