The event

The Age of Steam Roundhouse Museum proudly presents Steam to Victory, a dynamic World War II-themed living history event, taking place Friday, June 13, and Saturday, June 14, 2025, from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM. This immersive experience offers a powerful blend of wartime tribute and railroad heritage, perfect for families, history enthusiasts, and Father’s Day outings.

Guests will step back into the 1940s with:

· Living history reenactors portraying WWII soldiers

· Static railroad displays featuring historic steam locomotives

· Artillery and small arms demonstrations

· WWII military vehicles and equipment

· Short train rides on museum grounds

· Militaria and food vendors

· Tours of the roundhouse, showcasing the museum’s collection of steam locomotives

Steam to Victory pays homage to the vital role railroads played during WWII, transporting troops, equipment, and supplies across the country. The event combines education and entertainment in an unforgettable hands-on setting.
