The First Town Days Festival Committee is awarding five $1,000 Scholarships to Tuscarawas County High School Students as sponsored by the New Philadelphia Post 1445 of the VFW. Guidelines and applications can be found at FirstTownDays.Com under “Registration Forms”. Applications are due on Monday, June 10, 2024.
