Tuscarawas River Canoe & Kayak Race
The event
The 9th annual Tuscarawas Canoe & Kayak Race is happening on Saturday, July 15th. Two courses will be offered: a 3-mile and a 10-mile upstream/downstream loop that will begin and end at the River Park in Dover. Racers will receive a Tshirt when they register. Registration will begin at 8am with a racer’s meeting at 9:30am. The 10-mile race will start at 10am with the 3-mile race beginning about 15 minutes later. Medals will be awarded to the top three finishers in each class. A $50 gas card will be given to the racer who travels the furthest.
