Volunteers sought for United Way’s “Day of Caring”

The United Way of Tuscarawas County will celebrate Earth Day with their annual “Day of Caring” on Wednesday, April 22^nd from 8:30am to 12:30pm. This event offers volunteers from area businesses and organizations the opportunity to spend a morning providing spring clean-up services for historical attractions and nonprofits throughout Tuscarawas County.

The annual “Day of Caring” serves as a great team-building activity for management teams and employees, so any local company or organization that would like to put together a volunteer team is encouraged to participate. The United Way is still seeking volunteer groups for this year’s event. If your business would like to get involved, email Hannah Hartman at manager@tuscunitedway.org or call the United Way of Tuscarawas County at 330-343-7772 by Wednesday, April 1^st to be included in this year’s event.
