Yeager Scholarship – Tusc. & Carroll counties

The event

The Tuscarawas County Historical Society is accepting applications for the Thomas and Lucille Yeager Memorial Scholarship. Applications are due to the Historical Society by Wednesday, March 15th, 2023. The Scholarship is for high school seniors in Tuscarawas and Carroll Counties who plan to continue their education. Candidates should have an interest in history or the social sciences and have volunteer experience such as docent, historical organization volunteer. This is a monetary award that will be paid to the institution of higher learning and is non-renewable. Applications are available at the Tusc Kent Archives in Founders Hall. The Archives are open Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8am to noon. Applications can also be found at any high school guidance department in Tuscarawas or Carroll Counties.
