Yoga at Dover Library

The event

The Dover Library is offering 2 Yoga sessions in April to introduce people of all ages and abilities to the benefits and joys of practicing yoga in order to increase joint mobility, boost immune function and cultivate a more positive outlook. The first session on Saturday, April 2nd will be chair yoga and the second session on Saturday, April 9th will feature Vinyasa which matches breath with body movement. Both sessions begin at 1pm.
