Zoar opens April 5, 2025

The event

Historic Zoar Village opens for the 2025 season on Saturday, April 5, featuring a new art exhibit showcasing the works of Adam Lehr in the Bimeler Museum.

April 5 also marks the start for Zoar’s 2025 Free Speaker Series, featuring folk artist Josh Compton. Compton will share his songs written about the history and beauty of Tuscarawas County. This event begins at 11 a.m. in the Schoolhouse.

After opening day festivities, guests can attend the Artisan Showcase at the Canal Tavern of Zoar at 5:30 p.m. Admission is $35 per person. Refreshments are included.

General admission is $12 for adults, $6 for children aged five to 17 and free for kids four and under
