The Deersville Community Volunteer Fire Department is having a chicken BBQ on Saturday, August 15th, from noon until 7pm (or sold out). Get a ½ of a BBQ chicken, potatoes, green beans, roll, dessert, and a drink for $13.00. Or get just the chicken for $8.00.  

The Dover First Moravian Church is hosting a Pasta Dinner to raise funds for the charity Sole Purpose (which give shoes to local children). It will be held on Sunday, August 16th, at 11:30am. The church is located at 319 North Walnut Street in Dover.

The Fairfield Township Volunteer Fire Department will be having a Spaghetti Dinner on Sunday August 23rd at the fire station located at 6288 Firehouse Street in Somerdale.
