NEW PHILADELPHIA (WJER) (June 5, 2024) – A married Dennison couple is in the Tuscarawas County Jail after a grand jury indictment charged the husband with sex crimes against children and the wife with endangering children.

Justin Matthew Napier, 31, faces 11 felony counts, eight of which contain sexually violent predator specifications.

There are five counts of rape, first-degree felonies; three counts of gross sexual imposition, third-degree felonies; two counts of disseminating matter harmful to juveniles, fourth-degree felonies; and one count of endangering children, a second-degree felony. Ten of the counts involve a single victim under the age of 10. The disseminating matter harmful to juveniles charge also involves a second juvenile victim.

His wife, Destiny Rose Napier, 31, is also in jail, indicted on one count of child endangering.

Tuscarawas County Prosecutor Ryan Styer said he cannot talk about the facts of the case at this time. He says court officials are in the process of setting up hearing schedules.
