MWCD cuts ribbon on Atwood Lake’s Storybook Trail
MINERAL CITY (WTUZ) (Oct. 21, 2025) – The second Storybook Trail on Muskingum Watershed Conservancy District property is now open at Atwood Lake.
A ribbon-cutting ceremony took place Saturday.
MWCD Trails Coordinator Dylan Sayre says this grant-funded trail, where users can read passages from a book displayed along the path, starts near the park’s event center.
The other MWCD storybook trail is available at Seneca Lake Park.
