New Phila’s Carter Vandall signs with Mount Union

Carter Vandall has signed his national letter of intent to play basketball at the University of Mount Union. He is the son of Polly and Bruce Vandall. Basketball Highlights:

The Division III Purple Raiders are members of the Ohio Athletic Conference.
