Redesigned county website goes live
NEW PHILADELPHIA (WJER) (Nov. 14, 2024) – Tuscarawas County now has an online hub for community resources and information.
Board of Commissioners President Kristen Zemis encourages everyone to check out the county’s new website at www.co.tuscarawas.oh.us.
“All of the departments have been involved in different capacities in trying to put the website together to make it more navigable, make it more communicative, make it more user friendly, and also to really highlight a lot of our community and our county as a whole…It’s been a long process but I think the final product is great and I can’t say enough about our IT Department and their leadership in this and especially [Director] April Beechy. She has really taken the bull by the horns.”
The revamped website went live Wednesday and now features an events calendar, details on local attractions, and a photo carousel on the homepage, among other additions.
“We hope that everybody really likes the website and really finds a great way to interact and get the information they need and participate.”
Website users can still search for court and property records, buy dog licenses, download needed forms, and everything else they could do before.
