Republicans to pick next New Philadelphia treasurer
NEW PHILADELPHIA – The Tuscarawas County Republican Central Committee is accepting applications for New Philadelphia city treasurer.
The vacancy follows Michele Campbell’s resignation on October 12th.
Applicants must live in New Philadelphia, have an accounting or financial-management background, and be registered Republican voters. Resumes are due October 22nd and may be emailed to hq@tuscrepublicanparty.com, submitted through the candidate form at tuscrepublicanparty.com, or mailed to Republican Headquarters in Dover.

Candidates must attend interviews October 29th at 6 p.m. at party headquarters on State Route 39 in New Philadelphia.
The appointee must run in the November 2027 general election. Questions may be directed to committee chairman Joel Day.
