Trevor Judd (Tuscarawas County Sheriff's Office)

NEW PHILADELPHIA – A 25-year-old Sugarcreek man who allegedly shot into a Dundee residence after making threats has been indicted by the Tuscarawas County Grand Jury.

Trevor Judd faces six counts, including discharging a firearm into a habitation, using weapons while intoxicated and aggravated menacing.

According to Sheriff’s reports, deputies arrested Judd on May 21 following a report of shots fired at a Winklepleck Road residence in Dundee. A resident there said she received threatening messages from Judd, then heard a loud truck drive by and three gunshots just after midnight. Three people, including a young child, were in the home at the time.

Later, investigators found three bullet holes in the victim’s garage.

Authorities detained Judd near Sugarcreek less than an hour after the incident. They found a firearm and a spent casing inside his vehicle.

Judd is being held in the Tuscarawas County Jail with bond set at $125,000.  The indictment was filed Friday. No future court dates are listed.
