Waves of History – Black History Month
Join WJER Radio for “Waves of History” as Pastor John Wallace reflects on Black History Month. This 60-minute program combines history and popular music for an educational and entertaining look at the evolution of equality in America. “Waves of History” is presented with limited commercial interruption by the Tuscarawas County Public Library, where community happens, all are welcome, you can borrow more than you can buy, and access equals opportunity.
