The event

The winter session of the Fit for Life program, which will be offered at the Dover Public Library by Dr. Timothy McKnight, will begin on January 13 and run through March 31. The goal of this innovative 12-week program is to educate, motivate, and inspire people to make the lifestyle changes necessary to achieve overall wellness and lead happier, healthier, and more productive lives. The 60-minute classes will be held every Tuesday evening from 5:30 to 6:30 PM in the community room at the Dover Library. Participants may choose to attend in person or virtually.   

Dr. McKnight will address such topics as customized nutrition and fitness plans, stress management, cardiovascular fitness, food labels, flexibility and strength fitness, disease prevention, and healthy aging.
