The Tuscarawas County Public Library System is hosting a Library Fest at the Strasburg Branch on Thursday, April 23rd at 4:30PM. Families can enjoy a live animal encounter with a farm-themed petting zoo and have their character drawn. Please register at tusclibrary.org or by calling 330-878-5711.
