County Library to host the Roaring ’20’s

The event

For those anxiously waiting the spring release of the latest Downton Abbey movie, the Tuscarawas County Public Library will host “The Roaring ‘20’s,” at its Main Library in New Philadelphia on Tuesday, March 8th at 6:30pm. Gerald Stoughton, a historian, and antique fashion collector, will provide a close up look a the culture from the Downton era. Guests can learn about fashion trends and discuss the fabulous costumes on the show and the emerging roles of women in the 1920’s.
