Reading challenge for kids

The Tuscarawas County Public Library System will launch a system-wide elementary-aged reading challenge this September. The challenge will run September 21st through March 27th. Kids who participate have an opportunity to take a deep dive into 30 activities that encourage reading and learning, earning fun prizes as they go.
