Tuscarawas Valley Farmers Market Hosts Senior Day Today
DOVER (WJER) (Sept. 2, 2026) – The Tuscarawas Valley Farmers Market is putting the spotlight on local seniors today with its annual Senior Day at the Tuscarawas County Fairgrounds.
Volunteer Mark McKenzie says 170 goodie bags will be handed out, next to the info booth, to those 60 and over on a first‑come basis, thanks to a partnership with the Tuscarawas County Senior Services Network. Each bag includes ten one‑dollar vouchers good toward anything at the Market.
The Farmers Market runs from 3 to 7 p.m. today. Food trucks will be on site, and there will be live music from 5 to 7 p.m.
