The event

Christine Kendle, the Family and Consumer Sciences Educator for Ohio State University Extension will offer the 3rd session of a 4-part series about Mindful Wellness at the Dover Library on Monday, April 4th at 6:30pm. During this session participants will become more aware of intentional, thoughtful eating and the delight food can bring to one’s life experience.
