25th birthday of Bolivar Branch of Library

It’s time to celebrate the 25th birthday of our Bolivar Branch on Water Street and you’re invited! The celebration will be held Thursday, June 13th from 5:30 -7:30 PM and will include lawn games, face painting, balloon animals, crafts, and more.

Children, teens, adults, and families continue to enjoy the Roy Parks Memorial Library. The property still serves as a park with benches, picnic tables, and shade trees, as well as access to free Wi-Fi. Inside, the community enjoys traditional and digital items, as well as toys, puzzles, computers, and MakerSpace equipment. Community members gather in the public meeting space as well as attend storytimes, book clubs, LEGO® club, and arts/crafts programs.
