A Community Conversation about Property Tax Basics
The event
Dover Public Library will host a community conversation about basic information about property taxes on Tuesday, July 22 at 6:30 PM. Forming the panel will be Tuscarawas County Auditor Larry Lindberg, former Tax Commissioner for the State of Ohio Joanne Limbach, and Dover Mayor Shane Gunnoe. They will explain what property taxes are and how they work. They will share what the tax money is used for and what would happen if we didn’t have it. Join us for this informational, non-partisan look at a topic that everyone seems to be talking about.
This informational session will be held on Tuesday, July 22 at 6:30 PM in the Community Room at the library, located at 525 N. Walnut Street, Dover. Register online at www.doverlibrary.org/events or call the library at 330-343-6123.
