AN EVENING OF POETRY at Dover Library
The event
In recognition of April as National Poetry Month, Dover Public Library, located at 525 N. Walnut St., will host its annual “Evening of Poetry” on Monday, April 21 at 6:30 PM in the Community Room. The evening will enjoy this special night devoted to everything from sonnets to sestinas. “This evening is a great opportunity,” says Sherrel Rieger, adult programming specialist, “for poets to read their original work, for people who want to share their favorite poem, and for people who simply want to sit and listen.” Light refreshments will be available.
