Author a former Ohio State quarterback Rex Kern will speak at the Dover Public Library on Saturday, February 12th at 6:30pm. Kern will present his new book, The Road to the Horseshoe and Beyond: How a Small-Town Athlete Benefited from Ohio State Football to Build a Life.
