Chris Hart to present at Tuscarawas Valley Civil War Round Table

The event

The Tuscarawas Valley Civil War Round Table will meet on Thursday, March 10th at 6:30pm in the Community Room of the Dover Public Library. The featured presenter will be living historian Chris Hart who will present, “A Voice of Hope,” which tells the story of Reverend Joseph Hopkins, a Civil War Chaplain for the 71st New York Volunteer Infantry. Everyone is welcome to this free program.
